We get it, buying something new for your body is personal. That’s why we’ve made our policies clear and simple. No hidden stuff, no back-and-forth just the regular reality delivered with a dose of optimism.

Shipping

We currently ship to the UK only (we’re working on going international as soon as we can). Note that our warehouse does not deliver on weekends or bank holidays, during this time deliveries may take slightly longer, but remember, gut things come to those who wait.

UK Delivery

When can I expect my delivery? Orders typically take 2-4 days to arrive. If delivery falls outside of this window, don’t hesitate to contact our team and we’ll do everything to support.

How will I know my order’s on the way? You’ll receive a tracking ID when your order is processed so we’re with you every step of the way.

Can I cancel my order? Due to the nature of the product, we’re unable to cancel your order once it’s been placed. We would encourage you to be sure of your purchase before placing, making sure everything is correct including address and contact details.

Returns

Due to the nature of our product (hello, perishable goods), we’re not able to accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind. This is to ensure the safety and integrity of every item we send out.

But don’t worry, if there’s anything wrong with your order (damaged, faulty) let us know within 21 days, you can return it to us, and we’ll organise full refund or swap. All returns are eligible for inspection by our quality control team.
